With 25 years of experience in the beauty and barbering industry, Michelle is a licensed cosmetology and barber teacher who is passionate about sharing the knowledge, techniques, and confidence she has gained throughout her career.

Her specialty is men's cutting education, where she focuses on helping professional strengthen their foundation, understand the “why” behind each technique, and develop the confidence to create clean, precise, and customized cuts. Michelle believes that education should Inspire you- not intimidate you.
